Yes I can, after you submit, you get Acknowledgment of Receipt (Aor) with biometrics request, Medical request and then you might or might not get Pre-Arrival Letter(PAL), Portal 1 email, portal 2 email and then ecopr and finally pr card

Non express pnp has timelines of 12 months but if eth goes well and your file is not much complicated you should get it approved within 6 months
I applied the same program on July 9th, and I haven't received the AOR yet. So frustrating
