5th September 2024 teachers day was celebrated with fervour at HSS Goha.Tehsildar Marmat Sh. Ravi Shanker was the Chief Guest and the function was celebrated over all supervision of Principal Sh. Gopal Dass Chalotra. The event commenced with singing of National Anthem followed by floral tributes to the portrait of Dr. S. Radhakrishana the second president of India,Scholar visionary personality of India, in whose honor teachers day is celebrated. The Students highlighted the role of teacher as nation builder. The Chief guest also threw light on the importance of teacher in shaping the destiny of India in class room. Hon, Chief guest Tehsildar Marmat also urged the students who have attained the age of Eighteen years and are eligible voter to cast their votes and those who are below eighteen years to disseminate the message on importance of vote in democracy and enhance maximum participation of voters in the upcoming Assembly Election 2024. Esteemed Principal HSS Goha thanked the Chief guest, Ex. PRI members and senior citizens for sparing their precious time to participate in the event .Lastly ,The prize were distributed among the students for performing various activities.
