While I can't retroactively apply this to the prior recordings, I did experiment with the setting today. 4x seems too fast. 2x seems to be the sweet spot for self. Currently doing two test recordings to see how much changing the animation speeds affects video length.
Speed up the animations in video options: no one is going to watch this at this pace....
