Great video. Did you have to fold down or trim the Bedrug so canister can sit flush against the front of the bedrail/cab of the truck bed ? The Bedrug adds about 1/3 inch thickness Thanks
Thanks for the comment. The only trimming I had to do was with a fresh box knife and it was to cut out the slots for the truck's built in tie downs in the bed corners and the electric plug. These were already marked on the bedrug and just needed to be cut. Overall the thing fit almost perfect with hardly any cutting and no trimming. It's a really good fit. Has this bed cover been fairly rain proof? I was curious about how it performs over all and especially at the tailgate. Also, any noise when driving? Thanks!
Can you release the lock with the tailgate down? So if you don't have the key handy but you can unlock your tailgate with your FOB, can you then release the latch from the inside when it's locked?
I think we have the same size truck bed. I believe it is 5'8" and have seen different reference measurement numbers for the same beds at different places. Best to probably reach out to the manufacturer if you are in doubt. Thanks for the comment and for watching 🤙
There is a locking latch that flips up to slide it open or closed. It has a key. When your tailgate locks and you lock the latch, everything is secure. Thanks for the comment and for watching 🤙

No. The only way to unlock the cover latch is with the key, tailgate up or down.

What size bed do you have? I’ve got a 2019 with a 5’8 bed. Everything I’m seeing is for a 5’10 bed. Wondering if I’ve measured wrong
