  • We decided to do a 20 minute workout with the kids on New Years Day (Jan.1, 2022). The kids did 2 sets of each activity and were worn out! Enjoy these 4 Speed and Agility activities you can do with your kids to help them burn off some energy and focus on making fitness fun. Whether they are athletes or not, most kids will enjoy these challenges. They have to focus on multi-step instructions and you can turn it into a race for those who are more competitive. Otherwise, be sure to celebrate them finishing the activities no matter who finishes first.
