This Captain's best video ever made, in my opinion, from the standpoint of instruction. a true dancer of 'salsa' needs to have the physicality that comes with the dance skillset of Rumba Guaguanco. The 'muelleo' .... the bouncing, this is called the "muelleo", is the key to dancing really well in salsa, timber, etc. Learn it. so much more difficult than it looks. A LOT of repetition is required here! but it's fun and a great workout.
