Webinar: Get a Taste of Orange: An Intro to Data Mining and Machine Learning

Need something a little refreshing while you're hunkered down during this challenging time? How about a taste of Orange? In this finale to our spring webinars, researchers and students interested in approaching machine learning and data mining to conduct basic data analysis get a "fruitful and fun" introduction to Orange, an open-source machine learning and data visualization toolbox for novice and expert alike. Presenter Dr. Francesca Vitali of the University of Arizona's Center for Innovation in Brain Science (CIBS) teaches us how to use Orange to construct basic data analysis workflows. Using the interactive toolbox, she demonstrates key features of Orange and provides instructions and ideas on how to use Orange to conduct preliminary data analysis and basic machine learning to facilitate hypothesis generation from your data.
