Avex is the parent company, not subsidiary. XGALX and WARPs (which ONE OR EIGHT is under) are the subsidiaries of Avex. Also, check out XY (13-member boy group divided in two subunits - XY rock band and XY dance & vocal group) and an upcoming girl group to debut this fall, Bi-ray (they're the opposite of XG - they're a classy vocal girl group). Both are produced by Yoshiki (prolific singer-songwriter and leader of legendary J-rock band X JAPAN) and are also under Avex. They're XG's and ONE OR EIGHT's cousins too.
