I can speak to it clearly because it's my actual ancestry. Frankly, white Americans can speak to it more than a black foreigner because we have lived in the same country for 500 years. What is your connection to black Americans to make a diagnosis?

Gangs are only as good as their leaders are. No matter the numbers or resources. You simply have no excuses to lose because you are untethered by a lawful profession and reputation... you must be someone without opportunity but have the greatest ambition. It's about as open-ended a game as it gets. So an ideal gang requires competent members over quantity. Hope that helps

I get this. Unfortunately there is a lot of pressure on many young black girls to be “tough” “independent” etc due to various generational traumas.
