@jackfung806 lol you havent played a lot of guitar have you? what determines the sound of a guitar is the wood of the guitar, pickups, amplifier, maybe pedals and lastly the player. you can take even take a semi hollow body guitar and make it sound metal.
go look up any X japan music vid or live concert, sure music is an audible medium, but that didn't stop X from making it visual either. i have no doubt hide and pata could play circles around this guy and they were still into the music, if i wanna watch a robot then i'll watch this guy, if i wanna get pumped up i'll go watch an X vid.

I think Weekend is pretty close to perfection in a song.. this guy is amazingly skilled on the guitar.. but i believe playing the guitar isn't just about playing solo bits fast. In Weekend there isn't a single wasted note - even the 'boring' chords are masterfully chosen and balanced. You are an amazing guitarist, however, dragon force may be more up your street over X - Japan. :)
ok first of all that look he kept giving the camera was creepy but that was amazing and just another point to prove that gibson makes the best guitars on the planet =D (proud owner of a gibson les paul and an ltd ec-1000 deluxe (les paul style) )

i think mt-2 isnt enough.. maybe a ch-1 or any other good chorus pedals could produce that sound. sounds like some wah was used as well
