Completely agree about admin. I completed Avalanche Endurance Events Trident event last year. Three mountain races in two days over the Brecon Beacons, and the one main thing that got me through was having my personal admin squared away.
It is a good video Claire , and the clear advice from director Shane about dropping out is interesting to hear , because it seems to me that ultra distance it is not for everyone .
