- Our first stop in Fairbanks, Alaska with our travel friends, The Wandering Eight, is the Museum of the North which is located at the University of Alaska. Home/road schooling our kids is the priority and we also take great joy in experiencing the culture, history, and learning that come with traveling full-time.
We will show you around the museum with one of the highlights being The Magic Bus (Bus 142).

In a glass box the have displayed a small carving of a Madonna found unearthed after thousands of years. It’s called The Madonna of Itvikcg or something similar. Please correct me and show a picture if you have one.
