My Grandma Brown was a phenomenal player. She had 6 brothers, one of whom was MLB player Lloyd “Gimpy” Brown,,,,so grandma at 67 could catch my 12 Yr old fastballs…at little league picnic….,all my coaches and adult folks were shocked to watch it…, ever since that, I’ve had a lot of respect for women who played this game… It’s very exciting and fun to watch!
