Also...there is no legally protected right to success in school sports or even equality of anatomy in school sports. There are actually legal protections against discrimination based on race, sexual orientation, and gender. And this protection extends to sports via Title 9: "No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance." The only unfairness is people being excluded because it MAY make it harder for others to win.
