I used to have to use the blow technique on pot belly stoves in the Army. I wish I'd known that blow-tubes existed then, would have saved my face a blackening or two!
Hi Mac. I'm currently laid in a hammock at Loch doon on new year's eve watching a video of you camping just along the road from me!! Happy new year for 2023..... keep safe and keep camping 🏕. Cheers.......
@Wander with Mac oh dear, sorry to hear that Mac. I was laid up with the flu at the start of December so can fully sympathise. Get well soon mate, take care.
I've just enjoyed your video after watching 4 others really enjoyed it if I remember correctly your first day. I was on the loch with my canoe I had a few words with you before getting in the water . You couldn't picked a better day. I've just subscribed
@@wanderwithmac Yes I camped there in the off session and although it was quiet the remains of other campers were everywhere. Toilet paper broken bottles and rubbish. What a shame as it’s a beautiful place
I was just thinking about you today. I'm going camping this coming weekend will be making video. I'm thinking about going to Scotland this year so will be asking you for camping sites to visit. Will be sharing your channel with friend of mine. Have a great day God bless 😃
I was brought up on farms in the back of beyond most of the people and families spoke Scots or Lallans, I didn’t really have much use for English until I went to school. It makes it easier when reciting Robert Burns.
Seeing you always makes me smile
Such a beautiful place! Thank you for sharing Mac!
Thanks Mac love your videos!!

I'd like to go camping with this guy. I think he could teach me some things.
Like what the hell he's saying.

"back of beyond" sounds like poetry.
