im curious about a bakery also making other tthan sweets... in my country atleast where i am bakeries don't usually make everything sweets but rarely you see a sandwitch or a pizza ready to eat.
The work in the bakery is awesome but the Baker needs to change his apron because it's so so dirty, hygiene is everything in a bakery .and one of his brushes needs to be change as it has seen a better days
I would expect to see dough stains on a working baker's apron, that is the point of an apron after all (to protect the clothes one is wearing). The fact that you expect a "clean" apron while they are working is ridiculous. The Japanese are well known for their cleanliness and safety in everything they do.
