- This is video of a climb Tobias and I did in the Valhallas back in July 2012. We also got to do the NE ridge of Niselheim, but after that Tobias got a little sick and the weather got a little crappy.
Tobias started feeling bad after pitch 1 but managed to lead all the harder pitches with a fever and headache! I left my camera next to the tent to take photos of us on the route and got a pretty unique timelapse of the entire climb.
Two other parties were on the route the day after we climbed and they got hit with a pretty nasty rainstorm. They waited it out at the top of P3, and both teams finished the route once the weather cleared!

great film!
Thanks for watching, Aaron! I agree, it is such an awesome area, hopefully it stays a little more unknown or it will be so busy like the Bugaboos. I'm going to try to make a return trip again this summer.
Amazing job creating this Video! Mt Gimli and the Valhalla Range is near and dear to me. I've been trying to promote the area for years. This video says it all, who wouldn't want to go there after see this.
Again, Great job.
Terrific work! The Valhallas are so incredible and your timelapses do it justice.

Has anyone done this route with a single 70m rope and runners?
