Short answer - no. But those numbers in the first column are just to put the VLANs into an order to make them easier to configure in the router. They don't mean anything to the LAN clients. A VLAN tag can be any number you like though.
In Linux-based routers like the 3900 and 2960, you can name the VLAN profiles however you like. In DrayOS routers it can't be changed but it doesn't need to be.
