Estupendo coral a 4 voces de este grupo, formado exclusivamente por hermanas; pero independientemente del parentesco que las ligaba, su estilo era muy característico de esa época, en la cual también descollaron las "Chordettes", también estupendas. Al parecer este tipo de piezas eran tan estupendas, que no tardaban mucho en aparecer "covers" de ellas, sería interesante escuchar la versión rockera en inglés de esta bella pieza, la cual al poco tiempo fue versionada por los mexicanos Rebeldes del Rock, con la voz solista de Johnny Laboriel, otro de los íconos de los 60´s.

So what ? Why not like the harmony of a song sung by four nice ladies. They do not only sing a song but express a harmonic time spirit, which has unfortunately died.
@@stevebrennan1309 No, you didn't, everything is Ok. Maybe it was a misunderstanding from my side. You said 'seemingly',,, 'nothing like'....and things like that. To me as a non-native it sounds a bit 'diminishing' , but as I said it may be my fault. I like their singing because it shows the time spirit of that periode. Why simply forget such beautiful tunes...? Of course the 'orchestration' does not fit our times, but this does not make the songs any worse.
