    Earthing! My fave! I find forest bathing and ocean swims help the most with stress and anxiety.

    Great video as usual very informative! There are plenty of natural ways to bio hack also. Have you tried a plant based diet?

      Thank you mate!! Yeh there are countless ways to biohack! I’ve never tried that diet…but in a couple of weeks you might see a video on it 😏😜

      @@AaronBarnesYT Haha there's an easy lockdown idea for you haha 😂 I think you have to try it for at least couple of weeks to see a difference.
      I switched to a plant based diet in March 2020 just to try it and I haven't looked back since, it was primarily for health reasons and it really helped with joints and body inflammation for me.

      Thanks Tony! Honestly still feeling amazing, kept almost all practices and all working well! Did stop the intermittent fasting though as I quite getting nutrients in after a morning workout. Do you do any of these practices?

      @@AaronBarnesYT I go through waves actually. I’m in a sugar alcohol regime at present but it can’t last too much longer. What’s your long term plan ?

      Oooft does that mean no sugar or alcohol at all? Long term plan is to keep experimenting with different hacks to truly work out my optimal routine, then dive a bit deeper and try some more radical practices to see how they affect me
