- Drift My Ride Episode 20 - This week Craig gets to try out Stuart Thorburn's fully sorted E46 330i Drift Machine. Stuart is from a rally background and has paid particular attention to detail with this car making sure all his installs are neat and working well.
The car is powered by the M54B30 engine producing over 230bhp, and is running a set of BC coilovers all round too. Stuart has spent time choosing a steering setup that works well on the car and it's clear to see Craig enjoys it.
Stuart was up for a bit of a giggle at the end of the video so we thought we'd indulge in a little BURNOUT whilst tucking into a Drifter bar. What could be better!?

M54 is not bad engine just dont like how cuttin in redline , M50/M52 were bangin the limiter nicer.
Anyway E46 is very best chassis, I was nice to see one here!

If 3rd had worked we wouldn’t have had too! It’s on Stuart’s to do list tho and looking forward to seeing it with a clutch that can take the abuse.

Mark Cartwright 3.38 320i diff in it there and I also had a 4.44 in it 6 months ago that I did video on but now I am going 1jz engine and back to a 3.38 330d diff
He should probably try 3rd gear, if he know where it is, or change diff

They are Revolusion classic 8 spoke wheels see them on most mk2 escort rally cars and I have 2.2l brakes 👍🏻
