I once asked my mother, why did Allah mentioned Bani Israel so many times in Quran if he despised them? My mom said, it is for us to take lesson from them. It is a warn for us to not be like them. Only the righteous inherit the land of God. The righteous will be resurrected when the Torah is fulfilled.
The Quran and Islam are working to facilite the inevitably of the covenant of Abraham finally coming to pass. However righteous Muslims will be surprised upon their resurrection to learn that some details will be different such as animal sacrifices and YHWH's presence returning to a new Tabernacle.

The world to come isn't some abstract world in another realm, everything good about the world as we experience it will be enhanced and even more plentiful.
Jews will also be surprised to learn that there won't be a new Temple, because that was a later invention by Judah (from King Solomon). There will be no moshiach in the ways that Jews, Christians and Muslims imagine.
The priesthood of Aaron (aka the anointed priesthood) is still alive among the Shonronim and they've survived all this time, they will play a central role in the world to come.

The Holy Quran itself reveals about the purpose of its revelation in the following words...
"A guidance and mercy for the righteous ones." (Surah Luqman Verse 3)
Who are the righteous ones??
This is also answered in Surah Baqarah, Verse 3 and 4.
"Those who guard against evil, believe in the unseen, are steadfast in their prayers, spend out of what Allah(God) have provided for them and who believe in that which was revealed upon Prophet Muhammad and that which was revealed before him, and are certain of the hereaftar".

1. It was narrated that Abu Umaamah radiyallahu anhu said: “The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi immediately after each prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death."
2. Abu Hurairah radiyallahu anhu reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He who says, "Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi' (Glory and praise be to Allah) one hundred times a day, his sins will be obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of the sea. (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
3. Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:“There are two statements that are light on the tongue, heavy on the scales, and beloved to the Most Merciful: Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, Subhanallahil Azeem (Glory and praise be to Allah, Glorified is Allah, the Most Great.)” (Al-Bukhari)
4. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said: He who repeats after every prayer: Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) thirty-three times, Al-hamdu lillah (praise be to Allah) thirty-three times, Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest) thirty-three times; and completes the hundred with: La ilaha illallahu, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa ‘ala kulli shai'in qadir (There is no true god except Allah. He is One and He has no partner. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Omnipotent) Will have all his sins pardoned even if they may be as large as the foam on the surface of the sea." (Muslim)
5. Zaid ibn Harithah narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whosoever says: 'Astaghfirullah al-'Azeem al-ladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyum wa atubu illayh (I ask forgiveness of Allah, the Magnificent, than Whom there is no deity, the Living, the Sustainer of existence, and I turn to Him in repentance,) his sins will be forgiven even if he should have run away from the battlefield (while he was engaged in fighting for the Cause of Allah, which is a grave sin in Islam). (Abu Dawud and authenticated by Al-Albani)
6. The Prophet peace be upon him said "Whosoever recites Durood Sharief on me 10 times in the morning and evening, I will intercede for him on the day of Qiyamah." (TIBRANI)
7.If you read Surah Ikhlas 3 times, it's reward is equivalent to reading the Quran once. Whoever reads Surah Ikhlas ten times, Allah will build a palace for him in Paradise. 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) exclaimed, "If that's the case, then we will increase in our palaces!" The Prophet ? (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) responded, "Allah is better and greater (in reward)." [Ahmad]
8. Whoever reads Surat al-Kahf on Friday, it wil act as a light/protection for him from one Friday to the next. (Bayhaqi)
9. Whoever performs their ablution carefully and then affirms (their faith by testifying): "Ash-hadu Al-laa ilaha Ill-lallahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu wa ashadhu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa rasuluhu; Allahumma-ja'Ini min at-tawaabeena waj-a'Ini minal-mutatahireen": 1 testify that there is no true deity except Allah Alone, Who has no partners, and that Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam is His slave and Messenger; O Allah, make me from those who repent and purify themselves' - the eight gates of Jannah are opened for him so he may enter through whichever of these gates he desires.[Tirmidhi]
10. Whoever says: "Radheetu billahi Rabba, wa bil Islaami Deena, wa bi Muhammadin sall-Allahu 'alayhi wa sallama Nabiyyan" - I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, and with Islam as my Religion, and with Muhammad as my Prophet, Paradise would be (made) mandatory for him. [Abu Dawud]
11. Whoever asks Allah for Paradise three times (Allahumma inni as'aluk al-Jannah), then Paradise will say: "0 Allah! Enter him into Paradise!" And whoever seeks protection with Allah (Allahumma ajirni min an-Nar), the Fire will say: "O Allah! Protect him from the Fire!" [TIRMIDHI]
12.Whoever is easy-going, gentle and kind, Allah will make the fire forbidden for him. [Hakim]
13. In Paradise there are rooms whose outside can be seen from the inside and the inside can be seen from the outside. Allah has prepared them for those who feed the poor, who are gentle in speech, who fast regularly and who pray at night when (other) people are asleep. [Ahmad]
14. Narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "There is a soorah of the Qur'an, with thirty verses, that interceded for a man until he was forgiven; it is 'Soorah Tabaarak Alladhi bi yadihi'l-mulk (Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion) Read Surah Al-Mulk 67:1 Reference :Sunan Abi Dawud 1400
15.Read this dua after each prayer 3 times for immense reward. Juwairiyah bint Al-Harith (May Allah be pleased with her) reported, the Mother of the Believers:
The Prophet (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) came out from my apartment in the morning as I was busy in performing the dawn prayer. He came back in the forenoon and found me sitting there. The Prophet (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) said “Are you still in the same position as I left you.” I replied in the affirmative.
Thereupon the Prophet said “I recited four words three times after I had left you. If these are to be weighed against all you have recited since morning, these will be heavier. These are: Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, `adada khalqihi, wa rida nafsihi, wa zinatah `arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi.
[Allah is free from imperfection and I begin with His praise, as many times as the number of His creatures, in accordance with His Good Pleasure, equal to the weight of His Throne and equal to the ink that may be used in recording the words (for His Praise)].”[Muslim].
If you pass this on, It is Sadaqatul Jaria. (meaning you keep on getting rewarded for it, every time someone acts upon it even when you have died, until the day of judgement).

And yes he chose the children of israel and gave them more than anyone else, but they were the worst believers and the most unthankful ones. And disobeyed and disbelieved many times, but Allah forgave them over and over again. Till they said to moses pbuh that he shall go with god to jerusalem and fight those ppl, instead walking into jerusalem with like 3000 jews so these few hundred ppl in jerusalem would flee. Then god cursed them and banned them to not enter the holy land for 40years and live in the desert. They were since the beginning till now the cursed nation, but god gave them many many many chances, so on the day of judgement they have no excuses when they receive the biggest punishment of all mankind. Thats why god made the contract with them in their own torah, that a disobeying jew shall receive 6x the punishment compared to other ppl. Because god knew from the beginning how bad they are, but wanted to punish them justly. And in the Quran its written that they steal land and property of others and to this day its completely true and happening right now. Not to mention they tried to kill all prophets after moses, after they disobeyed moses countless times. Even moses was sick of them and jesus said in the bible, let the cup pass from me. So jesus didnt want to do anything with them. Then god took jesus to him to the heavens and will send him back down in the end of times to kill the antichrist. Thats why jesus pbuh would never wanted to die on the cross for them, eventho the concept of dying for the sins of others doesnt exist. Because that makes absolute no sense, everybody has to be judged on their own sins. Thats true justice. But this verse of jesus just exposes the lie of the church about jesus being crossed and died for our sins. Anyway the jews are the true cursed ppl on earth, except the very few original rightous jews who follow the teachings of moses. But even them are too ignorant to accept jesus and muhammad pbut. So yes the israelis will get destroyed in this world and severly punished in the next world. Thats a just god. The same god since the beginning of time.
