Why does no one talk about my man Baizhu. He shields he heals he applies dendro off-field. He is amazing for Neuvillete hyperbloom team. Honourable mention to Venti. His blackhole really makes Neuvillete’s AoE capability shine. I am running Neuvillete with Venti, Lisa, Baizhu and they are great for Aoe
Baizhu is not really good but viable ig. since neuvillete does not need any healing, plus his shield is weaker than layla's zhongli's kirara's etc, if you want dendro application just go with nahida Venti is okay but kazuhas the better option since he can stagger bigger enemies while also producing good vacuum and buffing neuvi Each and every team consisting of Neuvillete is good for AOE
No one talks about him because they all can't think and just play meta. Just like the other guy who probably doesn't play any dendro unit besides Nahida and has Xiangling and Kazuha in 99% of the teams he makes.
I was waiting for this guide. Thank you, Xlice. Personally, I like a character more if their power budget goes primarily into their skill rather than burst. So, I got c2 r1 Neuvillette and have been enjoying him immensely. Team building has been a bit of a challenge for me, but maybe that's because he's meant to be played with Fontaine characters that haven't been released yet.
@@giantsalamander8139 Fischl, Mona and Kazuha is the team I've been using, but it feels off. Like it's missing something. For comparison, my two most powerful and most comfortable teams are: Hu Tao + Xingqiu + Yelan + Zhongli Alhaitham + Nahida + Miko + Baizhu Both teams feel well rounded and complete. I want a Neuvillette team that feels like that.
I'm also on the same boat with you. I got super lucky with my pulls and I am a c2r2 neuvillette main and haver, and I've been having so much fun playing him. Currently I use him in hyperbloom with nahida, zhongli and raiden only because my 2nd team for the abyss specifically is childe, kazuha, bennett and xiangling so I can't try out neuvillette hypercarry with fischl, kazuha and zhongli yet. But all in all he is a very solid character.
@@Jaz-tk5vx I think the problem would be Mona then, if you’re going for a hyper carry team. She’s takes a chunk of on field time which is what I’m guessing is making you feel like the team is off. Assuming your other three characters are built right, I would suggest Xingqiu, Beidou, Yelan, or any other hydro/electro characters that provide off field damage and reactions. I would also suggest Zhongli for shielding though it’s important to note you’d be losing a damage synergy dealer with that.
@@giantsalamander8139 Yeah, you could be right. Mona's value in the team is her burst and ability to use Prototype Amber. But I never use her at all 90% of the time because her burst is unnecessary. Beidou could be good, but I'd prefer not to lose Hydro Resonance. Xingqiu and Yelan don't work super well with Neuvillette because he can't proc their bursts either. I'll keep experimenting.
I think prototype amber can be a good choice if you will pull for Furina. It can help Furina's burst buffs if you don't have healer in your team. Since its passive heals HP of all party members while Furina drains HP from her skill.
I got both Neuvillette and his weapon. Plan on getting Venti on his banner for his team. I thought he was gonna be good when they showed him. I've really enjoyed playing him. He's absolutely fun.😁
ill go out on a limb and say venti can be used instead of kazuha because of the nature of his enemy grouping. Venti ult -> Neuvi damage dealing, the close consistent grouping of venti allowing all enemies to be damaged for an extended period in addition to being swirled. May work on a venti-ayaka team. Sure you dont get the buff of kazuha, but ventis ult constantly dealing damage, and potentially reapplying another element like electro or pyro im sure would help make up that damage.
Okay so from my understanding after hyper farming for his talent mats- I kinda wasted most of my resin on the domain not cuz I picked the wrong books, BUT I think it's safe to bring up that he can safely be 10/1/1 without any detriment to his kit, for those who want to maximize resource management because I understood after getting him, maxing him, and maxing his Normal Attack that his Skill and his Burst are essentially droplet generators that fuel his main gimmick- which is his Charged Attack, and going by that- no matter how big the scalings get with his skill and burst, the most important thing Neuvilette has to do to function the way he is- is keep charge attacking, it's a little bit like raiden's situation where she could go 1/10/10 and she would function just right cuz her normal attacks get converted to Elemental Burst damage so it's separate from her Normal Attacks TL:DR He can safely be set at 10/1/1 and still be god forsaken, solid for those who'd much prefer to save Mora and Talent mats for the next person
I actually really do like double Hydro bc of the extra HP it gives. I'm not saying it's going to do the MOST damage but it definitely is doing big damage. I have him, Mona, Miko, and Layla on team and I'm not done building him yet and he's doing 22k damage a hit. He so far has 180 crit damage and 34k health (which goes up to 40k with the double hydro bonus and Sacrificial Jade weapon). I mainly have this team bc these are my favorite characters XD but still it works really well and with Mona his burst goes crazyyyy
If that’s the plan it’s working. I remembered an old account from 3 years ago. 21 pulls in and I have c1 Diona, Hu Tao and the very next pull Jean comes up. Safe to say I had to give up Neuvillette for that ridiculous start 😂

I take a break for a couple weeks and always pull 5 stars immediately upon returning, probably coincidence but it does feel like they do that to keep you engaged
C1 is more valuable i think, he can now use 2 hydro characters in team but still get maximum bonus damage from his passive, and also you'll get bonus max hp from hydro resonance
Wasn't going to pull, but then got him in 20. Managed to get his weapon in 50. Dude is insane. C0R1 with MH set rocking 40% (up to 76 with set bonus) cr and 320% cd.
Neuvillette just like me frfr, I can taste boiled water, tap water, filtered water and bottled water. In my opinion, boiled water tastes the best, tap water is disgusting it tastes like days old water that has been in a bottle for several days and smells like a swamp but on your tongue, filtered water still tastes weird, bottled water tastes metallic (disgusting). Boiled water is best water

Actually, you don't need bennett with Xiangling. You can use Nahida instead. And when there burning involve, only Neuvillette will be the only one doing vape, never Xiangling. And at that point it don't worth buffing Xiangling, that why you don't need Bennett. The concept is, as long as Dendro exist, Hydro can't stay on enemy. (And after burning get hit with Hydro, there will be Dendro left on enemy) So there can only be Direct vape trigger by Hydro and never Reverse vape that trigger by Pyro.
Neuvilette Crit dmg technically speaking can reach 220 to 240 as long as you can farm up 28~36 Crit Dmg pieces. If you are willing to spend for a R1 Sacrificial jade you can get away with 2~5 % Crit rate per piece 28~30k+ Hp 58~64% CR 240 CD 130% Er This would most likely be the optimal build for a budget neuvilette There is also spin2win with a high dpi mouse you can use neuvilette as a aoe caracter with some damage drop-off. The trick to keeping Sac Jade Passive up is to switch out and back per charge it takes about 1.4 seconds so it would increase the rotation time around 3 to 5 seconds per rotation it becomes more important as the jade refinements increases. You can also go for 2 charges but around the halfway to end point of the second charge the Jade passive will turn off which will take 5 seconds for it to apply again
bro might be stupid to ask but can u tell which is better for me ? :( i got neuvilette with lost prayer talent lvl 8 with hod set 84/228 he does 33k dmg per tick with buffs but only has 138er but i can do 90/215 as well with 152er but the dmg drops from 33k to 30k :( which option out of the 2 should be optimal plz help
@@enryu7886 It depends on whether you can keep you neuvilette burst up 100% of the time if you can the former is better if you cant the later is better. The dmg lost from not being able to burst is much more than the extra 9k per charge you get from not switching if you cant burst For my neuvilette 130 is perfect because my burst is always up if you cant sacrificing some Crit Dmg and Crit rate for Energy recharge is a good choice Depending on teams you wont have to change your build at all you can try changing your teams and testing it out in the abyss against groups and bosses if you can have 100% uptime on bosses then your neuvilette have enough recharge
@@LongDeadArtist Hypothetically speaking if you strain your arm a bit and have smooth finger sleeves you can have a 120° radius Aoe with him but you will definitely have more dmg drop-off compared to using a high dpi mouse on pc You will probably have to sacrifice your movements for the 120° radius too On pc the mouse can have a 360° radius because of the insanely high dpi our arms cant compare to that
1 major point... if you have enough ER for it especially with his signature weapon... the best rotation is neither of the ones you mentioned... you actually just stop caring about particles and start making sure cooldowns are going as much as possible instead. The rotation is Skill>CA>Burst>CA>CA>repeat. The whole point is that you simply cycle perfectly into his cooldowns. making sure that your skill is always on cooldown until you need it. It allows him 100% uptime(that isn't animations for skill and burst) of the charge attack. It seems in general both neuv and one that shall not be named are focused on basically being solo characters that don't need a team at all. Especially at C1R1.
I actually think Dehya could be a good Zhongli replacement (yes, I said it) in Vaporise or Burgeon teams giving the man interruption resistance while allowing his HP to flow easily and gain max stacks !
Try Dehya in Hyperbloom. She dosen't force Neuv into close range. Zhonglis Hydro-Crystallize and Kazuhas Swirl does that. Neuv + Nahida + EM Raiden + Dehya is a mid to wide range team that can easily gain max stacks.
I don't know about y'all but Neuvillette is a savior to me because I lost my 50/50 on the Childe banner to Keqing smh😩😩😩 because I was looking for an on-field hydro DPS. I wasn't going to pull for Neuvillette at all but after testing him out and then seeing his kit in action and the reviews from other content creators, I must say I am very satisfied with his play style 👍👍👍
Generally with your rotation if you’re setting up with the 3 other characters the buff resets by the time you switch back to Neuv , currently rocking Neuv C1 with Sac Jade and it’s been sick

Neuvillette + Xiangling + Kazuha + Zhongli does over 100k damage per tick when vaporized. A lot of people didn't know this team comp is way stronger than hypercarry and electro-charged team comps. I have tried different team comps and this is the best. At C6R1, you can go all the way up to 12-16 secs for a single hydro pump attack. Easily over 1 million damage per rotation.
I am here to brag about the stats I've been honestly blessed with. Gotta point out I got his sig weapon. But I got like 29k HP with 61% over 296% crit ratio. I'm trying to breach 300% CD and hopefully get slightly higher HP, but it's at least workable HP. I wish to send this luck to everyone in the comments, have a great day folks
I have 59,200 primos saved for hydro archon and her weapon. Any primos/fates I collect before neuvelltte banner ends, I'll try for him. If I don't have luck, I'll just hope he gets early rerun like sumeru chars did.

if you has lower than 36K HP and good amount of crit dmg then i think HP goblet has more value than Hydro Goblet. Also base on your team since they can give you a lot of dmg bonus.
I agree but it’s really not hard to base f2p friendly choices off of a lot of 5 starts. Like any time you see Kazuha you can just use sucrose instead for a very solid replacement option. Then everyone knows xiangling, bennett, xingqiu, beidou, and fischl are all amazing 4 star options that are all so broken that they are used more than a lot of 5 stars. Unfortunately in some cases there is no replacing what a 5 star does like nahida for example. So yes guide makers should put more f2p team comps but at the same time i get why they dont

My rotation is Neuv Q > Kazuha QE > Zhongli E > Fischl E > Neuv CA x2 E > Kazuha E > Fischl Q > Neuv CA Q > Repeat. With this I'm able to have 100% uptime on his burst and get Kazuha's buff for all hits as opposed to the 3x CA variant where it will run out before you're done. This team absolutely shredded the new abyss lol
@@mirwanmuzani6632 Should be but you might need more energy recharge on Neuv due to not having Fischl's great energy generation. I imagine Yae's skill being slow to put down might cause some issues if you have orbs on-field, but definitely worth trying! EDIT: I tried it and yea it doesn't actually take that long to use her skill lol. If you can still burst every rotation with Neuvillette then Yae is a perfectly fine choice for this team
@@Vishalytt Layla is a good alternative. Thoma isn't because you need to use normal attacks to maintain his shield, which is suboptimal with Neuvillette. Also Thoma has high er requirements while Layla has none in most teams
For the vape comp, I think you definitely want to vape his hits over Xiangling's and you can also definitely drop Bennet from the team if you prefer having a shielder like Zhongli. His personal DPS is so high you can partially neglect Xiangling's and focus on maintaining a pyro aura. Dude can't be a must pull by virtue of being a selfish on field DPS. But strictly as a DPS, I seriously think he's shaping up to be the strongest in the game even at C0.
well honestly i made a damage comparison using the crit rate/crit damage/elemental mastery - high crit damage is better than high crit rate - em circlet gives a stable and consistent numbers on the otherhand

LEAKED IMFORMATION, DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T TRUST LEAKS . . . . . . . . So I come with some extra information, aparently Neuvillete and Furina are going to be best buddies when it comes to team comps. I saw some leaked gameplay, and an explanation of what her habilities do. Only the burst is an indicator that Neuvillete is going to get a character that is going to work with him VERY WELL. Basically, Furina's Burst will boost your ATK and Healing Bonus when you loose or gain HP. Also she seemed like an off-field dps, since her E creates some water sumons like an Oceanid that deal dmg, just imagine that you have some minions that deal dmg on their own. Her E is divided in two modes, Ousia and Pneuma mode. The Ousia mode will summon 3 litle hydro minions that will deal dmg, as I said, like an Oceanid sumon. The Pneuma mode will summon a single hydro creature that will heal your on field character. Her burst deals damage to enemies inside an aoe, and aparently will give you some kind of stacks that will increase your attack and healing bonus when your on field character gains or looses HP. I still don't know about skills and passives and constelations, but just the E and Burst already point to Neuvillete and Furina being a must if you get either of them.
I have kagura's verity as a 5star weapon, but currently i am using sacrificial jade that has the crit rate of 33.8%, that's the 4 star weapon, the other alternative I have is to use widsith r5, that is 55.1% crit dmg. My Neuv current build is 64.8% crit rate, 209% crit dmg, 8/8/8 talents as of now, 70% hydro dmg bonus, and 168% ER
Since you said max CR should be capped at 64% (should it be after his original 4 piece maraechusse set or should it be 64 max and then the set gives an additional 36 which takes it to 100%. Because I currently have 64.8%, if I drop his crit rate weapon sacrificial jade and replace it with kagura's verity for a whopping 66% crit dmg, then his CR will be 31.8% and adding the 36% from the 4 piece = 67.8% CR and 275% Crit Dmg, would this be better?
There must be some way to use him a burgeron team. I use barbara, tig and yanfei. Barb applies the hydro and heals also my emergency revive. Tig high ATK and applies the dendro to create Bloom, yanfei come in with over 1k EM to make about 20k per bloom burgeron. So far, ?I have tried to use Level 68 C3 NOVA (37k HP, Level 9 normal attack talent, 2 Mayonnaise artifact) and all he does is about 800 damage.... But it's been about 2 minutes of trial so... I guess I should tinker a bit more.
i use neuvi, barbara and mona frequently, and mona and barbara are on the same team. barbara has prototype rn and if i give it to neuvi, who would get ttds and what would the other person get?

nymph's dream is just not worth the 4piece, it gives 15% hydro dmg and 25% atk (which is useless) just run double hydro set, you will prob get better stats and the same 15+15 hydro dmg bonus.

Like I understand MH makes it easier to build with the free crit rate, but if you have been playing long enough, a lot of players wiill already have good WTs set and at equal investment, WT should just be better no? im down horrendous for the sig weapon, i have lost prayer at r190, and my prototype amber is like r170, how do people refine sacrifical jade? that's like a 6 month commitment of choosing that pass weapon every time :/ I got two homas trying to get the weapon idk how much more i can push

Only the elem% is good for him. Between his A4 and goblet you are better off focusing on other stats for usability/uptime. The other 2(Atk% and EM) are both super dead stats for him and make it 100% not worth even trying. Prototype Amber is unironically in most use cases actually better for him than the new battlepass weapon for him even. Simply because it removes so much ER requirement for a rotation. Also again EM is a super dead stat on him. Even for nilou comps he is not going to be the one procing most of the dendro cores. Also due to MH and his ascension stat he unironically can slot an HP circlet and it barely be a damage loss. If you have his signature weapon then HP circlet is actually outright better for him than crit damage(base 192% crit damage does weird things to the math). I am not sure why it works out that way but everytime I run the numbers crit damage circlet is just a fat L compared to a crit rate circlet(assuming you aren't overcritting at 64% base before MH buff) or an HP% circlet that doesn't risk overshooting crit rate. I am pretty sure it's due to his ridiculously high HP% scale. Theoretically you can hit enough crit rate subs to make crit damage circlet worth it but I don't think anyone on the planet has that kind of luck. you would need to average 12 crit rate on every piece. That is 3 or 4 out of 5 rerolls going just crit rate assuming 4 line starts in the 1st place.

I think venti is better for separated groups, kazuha is better for high health boss enemies due to the increase in neuvi's damage from kazuha.

After playing Star Rail since launch, I decided to hop onto Genshin again and it seems my luck has stuck! Neuvillette was pulled in 9 pulls!

If that’s the plan it’s working. I remembered an old account from 3 years ago. 21 pulls in and I have c1 Diona, Hu Tao and the very next pull Jean comes up. Safe to say I had to give up Neuvillette for that ridiculous start 😂

I take a break for a couple weeks and always pull 5 stars immediately upon returning, probably coincidence but it does feel like they do that to keep you engaged
I think theres a secret system where most returning players get a five star early
C1 is more valuable i think, he can now use 2 hydro characters in team but still get maximum bonus damage from his passive, and also you'll get bonus max hp from hydro resonance

Neuvillette just like me frfr, I can taste boiled water, tap water, filtered water and bottled water. In my opinion, boiled water tastes the best, tap water is disgusting it tastes like days old water that has been in a bottle for several days and smells like a swamp but on your tongue, filtered water still tastes weird, bottled water tastes metallic (disgusting). Boiled water is best water
You must live in a place with terrible tapwater because I'm the same with feeling taste and good tapwater is some of the best out there.

Actually, you don't need bennett with Xiangling. You can use Nahida instead. And when there burning involve, only Neuvillette will be the only one doing vape, never Xiangling. And at that point it don't worth buffing Xiangling, that why you don't need Bennett.
The concept is, as long as Dendro exist, Hydro can't stay on enemy. (And after burning get hit with Hydro, there will be Dendro left on enemy) So there can only be Direct vape trigger by Hydro and never Reverse vape that trigger by Pyro.
You need Bennett to charge Xiangling's burst.

Neuvilette Crit dmg technically speaking can reach 220 to 240 as long as you can farm up 28~36 Crit Dmg pieces. If you are willing to spend for a R1 Sacrificial jade you can get away with 2~5 % Crit rate per piece

This would most likely be the optimal build for a budget neuvilette
There is also spin2win with a high dpi mouse you can use neuvilette as a aoe caracter with some damage drop-off.
The trick to keeping Sac Jade Passive up is to switch out and back per charge it takes about 1.4 seconds so it would increase the rotation time around 3 to 5 seconds per rotation it becomes more important as the jade refinements increases. You can also go for 2 charges but around the halfway to end point of the second charge the Jade passive will turn off which will take 5 seconds for it to apply again

bro might be stupid to ask but can u tell which is better for me ? :( i got neuvilette with lost prayer talent lvl 8 with hod set 84/228 he does 33k dmg per tick with buffs but only has 138er but i can do 90/215 as well with 152er but the dmg drops from 33k to 30k :( which option out of the 2 should be optimal plz help
@@enryu7886 It depends on whether you can keep you neuvilette burst up 100% of the time if you can the former is better if you cant the later is better. The dmg lost from not being able to burst is much more than the extra 9k per charge you get from not switching if you cant burst
For my neuvilette 130 is perfect because my burst is always up if you cant sacrificing some Crit Dmg and Crit rate for Energy recharge is a good choice
Depending on teams you wont have to change your build at all you can try changing your teams and testing it out in the abyss against groups and bosses if you can have 100% uptime on bosses then your neuvilette have enough recharge
@@LongDeadArtist Hypothetically speaking if you strain your arm a bit and have smooth finger sleeves you can have a 120° radius Aoe with him but you will definitely have more dmg drop-off compared to using a high dpi mouse on pc
You will probably have to sacrifice your movements for the 120° radius too
On pc the mouse can have a 360° radius because of the insanely high dpi our arms cant compare to that

1 major point... if you have enough ER for it especially with his signature weapon... the best rotation is neither of the ones you mentioned... you actually just stop caring about particles and start making sure cooldowns are going as much as possible instead. The rotation is Skill>CA>Burst>CA>CA>repeat. The whole point is that you simply cycle perfectly into his cooldowns. making sure that your skill is always on cooldown until you need it. It allows him 100% uptime(that isn't animations for skill and burst) of the charge attack.
It seems in general both neuv and one that shall not be named are focused on basically being solo characters that don't need a team at all. Especially at C1R1.

I actually think Dehya could be a good Zhongli replacement (yes, I said it) in Vaporise or Burgeon teams giving the man interruption resistance while allowing his HP to flow easily and gain max stacks !
Try Dehya in Hyperbloom. She dosen't force Neuv into close range. Zhonglis Hydro-Crystallize and Kazuhas Swirl does that. Neuv + Nahida + EM Raiden + Dehya is a mid to wide range team that can easily gain max stacks.
I don't know about y'all but Neuvillette is a savior to me because I lost my 50/50 on the Childe banner to Keqing smh😩😩😩 because I was looking for an on-field hydro DPS. I wasn't going to pull for Neuvillette at all but after testing him out and then seeing his kit in action and the reviews from other content creators, I must say I am very satisfied with his play style 👍👍👍

What worries me about the sac jade is the amount of time the buff lasts on those few precious seconds.
Generally with your rotation if you’re setting up with the 3 other characters the buff resets by the time you switch back to Neuv , currently rocking Neuv C1 with Sac Jade and it’s been sick

Neuvillette + Xiangling + Kazuha + Zhongli does over 100k damage per tick when vaporized. A lot of people didn't know this team comp is way stronger than hypercarry and electro-charged team comps. I have tried different team comps and this is the best. At C6R1, you can go all the way up to 12-16 secs for a single hydro pump attack. Easily over 1 million damage per rotation.
Well, that's C6R1. Also your comp is technically a hypercarry one.

I am here to brag about the stats I've been honestly blessed with. Gotta point out I got his sig weapon. But I got like 29k HP with 61% over 296% crit ratio. I have 59,200 primos saved for hydro archon and her weapon. Any primos/fates I collect before neuvelltte banner ends, I'll try for him. If I don't have luck, I'll just hope he gets early rerun like sumeru chars did.

Take your time with the story. Gets really good around chapter 2
if you has lower than 36K HP and good amount of crit dmg then i think HP goblet has more value than Hydro Goblet. Also base on your team since they can give you a lot of dmg bonus.

I agree but it’s really not hard to base f2p friendly choices off of a lot of 5 starts. Like any time you see Kazuha you can just use sucrose instead for a very solid replacement option. Then everyone knows xiangling, bennett, xingqiu, beidou, and fischl are all amazing 4 star options that are all so broken that they are used more than a lot of 5 stars. Unfortunately in some cases there is no replacing what a 5 star does like nahida for example. So yes guide makers should put more f2p team comps but at the same time i get why they dont

My rotation is Neuv Q > Kazuha QE > Zhongli E > Fischl E > Neuv CA x2 E > Kazuha E > Fischl Q > Neuv CA Q > Repeat. With this I'm able to have 100% uptime on his burst and get Kazuha's buff for all hits as opposed to the 3x CA variant where it will run out before you're done. This team absolutely shredded the new abyss lol

@@mirwanmuzani6632 Should be but you might need more energy recharge on Neuv due to not having Fischl's great energy generation. I imagine Yae's skill being slow to put down might cause some issues if you have orbs on-field, but definitely worth trying!
EDIT: I tried it and yea it doesn't actually take that long to use her skill lol. If you can still burst every rotation with Neuvillette then Yae is a perfectly fine choice for this team
Is Layla or Thoma fit for zhongli?
@@Vishalytt Layla is a good alternative. Thoma isn't because you need to use normal attacks to maintain his shield, which is suboptimal with Neuvillette. Also Thoma has high er requirements while Layla has none in most teams
For the vape comp, I think you definitely want to vape his hits over Xiangling's and you can also definitely drop Bennet from the team if you prefer having a shielder like Zhongli. His personal DPS is so high you can partially neglect Xiangling's and focus on maintaining a pyro aura.
Dude can't be a must pull by virtue of being a selfish on field DPS. But strictly as a DPS, I seriously think he's shaping up to be the strongest in the game even at C0.
well honestly i made a damage comparison using the crit rate/crit damage/elemental mastery - high crit damage is better than high crit rate - em circlet gives a stable and consistent numbers on the otherhand

I have Widsith on my Neuv floating at a 59/204 Ratio (he's 70, widsith is 80) and with sussy I have 95% CR lol. It's a solid CD stat stick
Would honestly recommend Prototype Amber over Widsith.

So I come with some extra information, aparently Neuvillete and Furina are going to be best buddies when it comes to team comps. I saw some leaked gameplay, and an explanation of what her habilities do. Only the burst is an indicator that Neuvillete is going to get a character that is going to work with him VERY WELL. Basically, Furina's Burst will boost your ATK and Healing Bonus when you loose or gain HP. Also she seemed like an off-field dps, since her E creates some water sumons like an Oceanid that deal dmg, just imagine that you have some minions that deal dmg on their own. Her E is divided in two modes, Ousia and Pneuma mode. The Ousia mode will summon 3 litle hydro minions that will deal dmg, as I said, like an Oceanid sumon. The Pneuma mode will summon a single hydro creature that will heal your on field character. Her burst deals damage to enemies inside an aoe, and aparently will give you some kind of stacks that will increase your attack and healing bonus when your on field character gains or looses HP. I still don't know about skills and passives and constelations, but just the E and Burst already point to Neuvillete and Furina being a must if you get either of them.

I have kagura's verity as a 5star weapon, but currently i am using sacrificial jade that has the crit rate of 33.8%, that's the 4 star weapon, the other alternative I have is to use widsith r5, that is 55.1% crit dmg. My Neuv current build is 64.8% crit rate, 209% crit dmg, 8/8/8 talents as of now, 70% hydro dmg bonus, and 168% ER
Since you said max CR should be capped at 64% (should it be after his original 4 piece maraechusse set or should it be 64 max and then the set gives an additional 36 which takes it to 100%. Because I currently have 64.8%, if I drop his crit rate weapon sacrificial jade and replace it with kagura's verity for a whopping 66% crit dmg, then his CR will be 31.8% and adding the 36% from the 4 piece = 67.8% CR and 275% Crit Dmg, would this be better?

There must be some way to use him a burgeron team. I use barbara, tig and yanfei. Barb applies the hydro and heals also my emergency revive. Tig high ATK and applies the dendro to create Bloom, yanfei come in with over 1k EM to make about 20k per bloom burgeron. So far, ?I have tried to use Level 68 C3 NOVA (37k HP, Level 9 normal attack talent, 2 Mayonnaise artifact) and all he does is about 800 damage.... But it's been about 2 minutes of trial so... I guess I should tinker a bit more.
Not mentioning dehya for this guy is a crime and this is not a complete guide

I like to use xhongli shiled for everything. So in my case would the weapon banner be better? I just started Sumeru and see the shield is awesome.
In my testing using an HP goblet or mask doesn’t make any difference, just use HP sands that’s more than enough.
My build with HP Goblet and crit mask has more dmg than hyrdo goblet.
nymph's dream is just not worth the 4piece, it gives 15% hydro dmg and 25% atk (which is useless)
just run double hydro set,

Like I understand MH makes it easier to build with the free crit rate, but if you have been playing long enough, a lot of players wiill already have good WTs set and at equal investment, WT should just be better no? honestly i don’t think it’s that great as anything but a crit dmg statstick cuz the passive is very rng heavy with a 1/3 chance for the passive to actually be useful but for consistency sake i’d go prototype amber
Only the elem% is good for him. Between his A4 and goblet you are better off focusing on other stats for usability/uptime. The other 2(Atk% and EM) are both super dead stats for him and make it 100% not worth even trying. Prototype Amber is unironically in most use cases actually better for him than the new battlepass weapon for him even. Simply because it removes so much ER requirement for a rotation. Also again EM is a super dead stat on him. Even for nilou comps he is not going to be the one procing most of the dendro cores.
Also due to MH and his ascension stat he unironically can slot an HP circlet and it barely be a damage loss. If you have his signature weapon then HP circlet is actually outright better for him than crit damage(base 192% crit damage does weird things to the math). I am not sure why it works out that way but everytime I run the numbers crit damage circlet is just a fat L compared to a crit rate circlet(assuming you aren't overcritting at 64% base before MH buff) or an HP% circlet that doesn't risk overshooting crit rate. I am pretty sure it's due to his ridiculously high HP% scale. Theoretically you can hit enough crit rate subs to make crit damage circlet worth it but I don't think anyone on the planet has that kind of luck. you would need to average 12 crit rate on every piece. That is 3 or 4 out of 5 rerolls going just crit rate assuming 4 line starts in the 1st place.
