If it’s an outdoor event it’s generally expected that you will be providing your own tent, tables and chairs. For indoor events you’re usually expected to bring tables and chairs too. Weights May seems unnecessary but I’ve seen peoples whole tents blow away if it’s windy.

hi! i've done quite a few pop ups this year and i would say a logo/banner of your shop is really really encouraged! for me, i include my other details as well like my website and other social medias, so people can just snap a picture if they want to find me there. not only does it give a more professional look, it also helps people with identifying your shop among the other booths and helps it stick into their minds if they can associate your actual merch with your logo/brand name!! ☺️ i love the way you did yours!! 💗

I started doing vending events this year (done 8 so far) and yea, a lot of outdoor events will tell you to bring your own tent if they don’t specify a rental option. I never bring one tho cuz I don’t have space to store it and it’s never been an issue. Pretty sure the organizers just say that so they don’t get blamed/sued if product is damaged from rain
