Hello! Thank you for this wonderful walkthrough and your thoughtful comments. I love this beautiful deck -- I'm fortunate to have both the indie version and the mass market one. I adore the style of the deck, and the depictions of the cards are quite creative and fun. Also, I really enjoy the guidebook interpretations -- the poems for the majors and the little writeups for the minors are concise ways to prick my intuition and get me to see the cards from a different perspective. (The guidebook for the indie version does not have the writeups for the minors, so that is a valuable addition to the mass market version.) And I love the sense of humor in these cards -- the creators are from Chicago, so it's a hometown deck for me. It gives me very direct, sometimes sarcastic, and always fun readings. I often use it to communicate with my mom, and it's absolutely perfect for that!! 💛🌹❤
I bought this deck a couple of months ago, but I haven't been drawn to use it. The Cards looked colorful and vibrant online, but my cards appear more dull and faded looking. I'll have to make a conscious effort to work with it this spring and see if I like it or not. I would love to know how you use it and if it works well for you.
