Hey, thanks for sharing informative video, few days back i was struggling with low breast milk and tried many home remedies but it increased little bit and some procedure takes time, so i consulted pediatrician and she suggested to start formula milk Aptamil Gold stage 1 as it is rich in Prebiotic HMOs and it has many nutrients which are there in mother's milk. its been 2 weeks i have started this and i have no guilt that i am not giving breast milk, as from this formula milk my baby is getting complete nutrition and sleeping properly, not crany anymore and passing motion regularly and smoothly. moms can try who are struggling with low breast milk.
