It is largely no different than fast 16th notes either starting with the 2nd rack or snare to 2nd rack. It is not as easy (but possible) to go from the 10' to the 12' as opposed to a traditional orientation but you can compensate with the bass drum. So, snare to 10,12,14 could be (RLRL-RLRL-KKRL-KKRL) I thought about doing a video on the "why" it is set up this way but in short, it's ergonomics. The trick is to have everything in a comfortable and natural reach. There is a good number of drummers, Danny Carey as one, who has a similar set up. However, there are a bunch of set ups now outside of a traditional set up that is used. You want to find one that works best for you.
