I am a gorkha (from India) and from the army background. My father, grandfathers (now retired) and cousins are in Gorkha Rifle (serving in J&K). Few of my uncles are in British Army too. We are designed to be fighters and are mentally prepared at a young age to ready to serve in the army. We start preparing at a very young age (physically) and go through very tough routine and by the age of 18-20 with proper training - they become lethal weapons.
