Hey that is amazing so pleased for you came at the right time, good luck cashing it in alot of stores only pay out £100 and even big supermarkets will on pay out if they have cash in the till , if u have a Post office that do it try there, I finally got mine cashed this week at tesco, remember to ask if they have £500 in till before you hand over the card 👍 thanks Rob

Not quite 500 but i won 50 once on a £5 card then took it into shop took £45 quid and another £5 (different shop) same card and won 50 again on back to back cards which was cool

I will admit tho I was kinda confused that you didn't realise that you had won the Jackpot after scratching the first prize that was £20.
Since there are 20 games and you got the winall the only way it could have been £100 is if all 20 games were £5. 5x20=100. So basd on that it should have been obvious that you had won the Jackpot.
