IEdith accomplished a great deal in her life. In this interview she is 77 years old. She died at age 79. i am grateful that this film was made and her words are engraved o history. She did not experience so many horrors of the Holocaust, personally. I am thankful that she was spared; she was a gentle soul We could use a lot more Ediths in this world.

A very dark time in the history of mankind. I pray that a time will come when we love one another like the brothers and sisters that we are. 🙏🙏

1:34 "If the word SECURITY shows up more than the word LIBERTY than the country is on the wrong path". Which path is America on now?
"Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."
LET US NOT FORGET. Many thanks for this testimony and the testimony of all the other souls to remind us of what happen so that history does not repeat itself.

What an amazing lady with an amazing life! There is something so personable about her, as well. I feel like I've known her forever. Thank you so much for sharing this video. It's been very educational as well as a real heart-toucher. ;) Much appreciated.

Such a lovely and fascinating person, and such a good storyteller. Despite the interview lasting for 2 hours, you can tell she had so much more to convey and only revealed the tip of the iceberg, which in a way is fitting. I'm thankful for hearing these stories, these pieces of history, from such rich and vibrant people that the world had not lost. Such a nice final photo of her; I hope she got her wish.

Wow. I could listen to her stories allllllll day. Sometimes the interviewer takes her away from subjects I want her to continue on. Wish I had known her.

People like this beautiful lady are the true Americans, not those people that stormed the capitol on January 6th, 2021. They respect people no matter what their background is

Shoah videos should be mandatory viewing for every high school school student along with discussion and study of WWll. Every child should be able to draw conclusions from the German final solution to modern day antisemitism, racism and political movements.

This is the most articulated person that's testified under the holocaust survival program! Her intelligence is amazing! The Jewish citizens that came here from the WWII era are a great asset to the U.S.A.

Edith you are so beautiful and your expression so sweet, you dress so nicely. I am so happy you haven't let those Nazis make your heart bitter. I read that the anger of many, including Felix Zandman, was most hotly against those who stole the love and emotions from them, not just their lives. The Brute Beasts.

i have just recently discovered and started listening to some of your tapes about the holocost survivors, and i thank you very much for these. i am only a generation or less younger than some of the people who went through this. i have known about these things all my life (anne frank's diary was a big thing back then), but the personal and varied stories are very interesting and make so very real (like schindler's list, during which i cried the whole way through 😞💧).

I have read books of the life the Jews faced , so I do not care how their names are spelt, I want to hear their first encounter with those heartless human beings, and how they survived their ordeal, do’ not mind them teiiing what their home life was like, and their reaction in those days. Of horror.thanks
