Just made two half batches using blackberry purée and the other using raspberry purée. Flavor is amazing! Very easy. I did use foil to line a 2”x4” pan for each half-recipe.

How long does it rest once it is in the mold, and do you rest it in the counter or in the fridge?

@@FosterFlipbooksyes it does! If you don’t let it rest it’s gonna fall apart when u unwrap it and waste your ingredients! Plus what you think you’re gonna eat them hot! 🤣 NO! There served cold! Put them in the fridge till cooled down or the longer the better

      Same happened to me.
I misunderstod the word "cook". It shall never cook with bubbles, just heat it. When you use a thermometer, it shall be max. 93°C.Then you get the consistens of gum. Try again.

When I made them they came out this way and honestly they weren’t that great, they were way too jelly like instead of having that dense gummy type texture like they are supposed to have and they were also still a little wet so the powdered sugar just melted off of them

you say any juice work, i don't think apple and melon juice do. It is not acidic enough. so it is not any juice.
