I have friends with 100k and even 1 mil… but they all started SOMEWHERE at 0…just like us. TH-cam, is a MUCH MORE DIFFICULT platform I personally believe, so have 730 subs is a HUGE deal… I tried it and wasn’t getting traction and gave up… mainly because I still need a content theme …I dk what my niche is…other than being silly lol. But I look forward to learning ways to heal myself holistically! I suffer from ADHD, Major Depressive Disorder , and panic disorder. speaking for when I "blew up" in 2020/2021-ish to 18k on tik tok - be consistent, post a lot at least 3 times per day & spread it out. The more the better, the more chances your videos will pop off - yes, follow trends, if you start seeing a sound being pushed onto ur fyp, jump on that. & for those sounds just & do your own spin or be clever about it - Make engaging videos, or videos that stir up people to comment. I made a lot of astrology/trendy zodiac content & that gave me a lot of engagement with ppl relating to what I was saying or disputing it. Or people saying its BS LOL. Getting anyone to comment pushes your videos. Another example is relatable events or situations. - While lightning may not be everything on tik Tok, it can definitely help & push your videos & catch people's eye - Active niches like dance & fitness, and also cosplay + makeup/beauty I think gets a lot of engagement
Not gonna lie what I hate is like the people that get the most engagement is they doing nothing and being self absorbed lol especially Women and your right fitness and beauty have the most engagement but my thing is what if we the people tryna create are not into that stuff. Kmt it’s just hard on these platforms unless your following the train

However, I would say in relation to the "doing nothing but looking pretty", pretty much in regards women or being self absorbed or just lip-synching w makeup, it moreso has to do w/ ppl commenting praise or something along the lines of that. Can't really be mad at people playing the game & getting engagement on looking good/pretty, at the end of the day that's others pushing that content up, & I'd be lying if I didn't make "content" like that here & there & benefitting from others commenting. whether it's compliments or criticism/or hate, it was pushing my account. In the beginning, you will have to follow the trends, or at least follow the trends but put your spin on them that gives ppl an idea of who you are, and then eventually when you have a good & stable following, you can do whatever you want & it won't be as jarring. I wish it was different, & I feel that as an artist/creator, everyone is just gonna have to suck it up for a little while until they can finally do what they want to do!

I posted a video about 1am and went to bed, woke up with +99 notifications so it maxed out notifications, thought I’d been hacked 😂 turns out my vid went crazy and hit 1.2 million views over the next few days. It is hit and miss. Like you say, 1 in 4 vids will do great. Also there isn’t a 200 view jail like most say there is, it’s a 200 view chance to hook an audience that will engage, if there’s no engagement your vid gets booted from the fyp, I struggle with gaining followers im at 3.3k at the moment but will apply some of your methods to see how it goes 👍

I am not a niche type of content creator so that is why my growth is slow, but I have raw content and I love it, so I’m going to continue what I’m doing, this was validation. I may pivot a tid but to grow more, but I’m staying on course!

I would personally say to you dear influencers a lot of these things are truly unforeseen. Be patient, be consistent and have fun. Every channel, every influencer is a a fresh taste in the mouth of a constantly changing algorithm. No one can truly have a monopoly on it. The sooner we accept that, the easier it'll be to just do you. And enjoy the journey leading up to the success because once it's there, it's there.
I've been stuck at 15.8k for 6 months I've been trying to get to 25k but 90k is wild. That's amazing, and thank you for sharing this. I'll apply this and see how it goes.

I need you to read this comment. I have watched sooo many videos on marketing tips and they all say the same thing you can just Google. They aren't actually giving value. They just care about a catchy click bait title and making that youtube watch time money. You can actually tell that you care and you're the first person I've seen actually share some tips that are of actuuuual value! AI didn't write your script! I’m focused on educating, and my content reflects that. But like you said, at some point you gon have to pay. You pay for everything else, why not pay to have someone show you how to make more $. I posted a video about 1am and went to bed, woke up with +99 notifications so it maxed out notifications, thought I’d been hacked 😂 turns out my vid went crazy and hit 1.2 million views over the next few days. It is hit and miss. Like you say, 1 in 4 vids will do great. Also there isn’t a 200 view jail like most say there is, it’s a 200 view chance to hook an audience that will engage, if there’s no engagement your vid gets booted from the fyp, I struggle with gaining followers im at 3.3k at the moment but will apply some of your methods to see how it goes 👍

My content grew from 200 followers to 11k due to doing all these things and I hadn’t even saw this video, I just did it on my own. Very valuable information. I am not a niche type of content creator so that is why my growth is slow, but I have raw content and I love it, so I’m going to continue what I’m doing, this was validation. I may pivot a tid but to grow more, but I’m staying on course!

Thank you for taking the time to give such valuable information and strategy and not only that, but you also gave proof. I feel people can be very negative on TikTok because they see a lot of people selling courses. You have to be in the right state of mind to understand why a course is so valuable and you also have to do your homework and vet the person. I feel we are in a place of abundance and when hard working people sell courses, I look at it as though, they are taking the time to create something for us to expedite our learning and since they did all the work and spent all the time getting all the information, we should be paying for courses. I also know if you're free content is this good, I can only image what your paid content has in it!!

I would personally say to you dear influencers a lot of these things are truly unforeseen. Be patient, be consistent and have fun. Every channel, every influencer is a a fresh taste in the mouth of a constantly changing algorithm. No one can truly have a monopoly on it. The sooner we accept that, the easier it'll be to just do you. And enjoy the journey leading up to the success because once it's there, it's there.
I've been stuck at 15.8k for 6 months I've been trying to get to 25k but 90k is wild. That's amazing, and thank you for sharing this. I'll apply this and see how it goes.
