Hello sir, I have a doubt that I got 2 offers one is a 2015 startup (Celebal tech. With 1k employees) giving 5 Ipa and job role is SQL and Power BI developer and another offer is cognizant genc elevate with 4.25lpa (with unknown role - chances of new tech.)can you please help me to figure it out which would be more valuable and suitable as per upcoming years for me. Also sir I aspire to join product based companies in upcoming journey ...so which help more in these 2 offers...??? Thanks you sir in advance for being there.
It depends on the track you take up. If you want to be a part of product based company with a software job profile you should go with cognizant as you will get to work in new tech, but if you want to build your career as a business analyst then you should definitely take the startup one.
