This company is a scam really, I ordered boots and they came but they were a size up from what I ordered. Then I put it for exchange and the order was picked up. It has been weeks since that happened and I wasn't receiving any communication so I raised several tickets. Each time I got computerised response and now they say that I sent an empty box. Never order from here. The worst experience.
I purchase dress from July 26 and payment was done through upi.... Nd i was promised delivery in max of 14 days yet it has not been delivered nd no any response
Nd bolte h koi bhi order related queries hai toh ticket raise karne.... Par Maine ticket bhi raise kar liye 5-6 baar but inka website koi work nahi kar raha hai and ticket is not being submitted by any option.....😢😢😢 What now????😢😢😢

I ordered the city girl platform. It's not the same as yours. The littlebox logo isn't even on it. And the size was too small. I tried to exchange for bigger size, but there's no response from their side. So disappointed.
I have ordered an Oxford shoes but the size was small so I ask them for exchange of size but no response from them.worst customercare service.their policy say anything can b exchange under10 days.i have been sending many emails.
Did the exchange happen? Some people are saying they got scammed while exchange
