Sky is Falling is perhaps the best song about depression I've ever heard. It helped me thru a couple bad episodes. Laser-sharp lyrics, glorious chorus.
A homeless man came up to me on the street and said: "Everyone is dead but they think there alive. Then when I nodded he said "tormenting isnt it?" And walked away. I'm not sure of the meaning of why he said it or if he had mental health issues but I came home and put this on repeat. He should help write the songs for lifehouse. Also I had one of these cds in my late teens and it helped me through so much. Was the first time away from home and had a rough time as a child and throughout school. Shut right down for years and felt helpless but I felt like the writers of lifehouse understood me. I got to see them in Niagara falls in Ontario and I sat in the upper row and cried. This was twenty years later. Want to thank them for helping me through a lot.
