Hey Rex, love your singing and playing. I got the beatbuddy. It works great for Acoustic songs. I am struggling using it when playing the Uke. The drums drown out the Uke. What software did you use for the backing track on this song and maybe any ideas for other backing track options. I ditched the Play Acoustic for the TC Helicon Perform VG. It is more user friendly. Do I need to get a mixer to boost the signals. I have a K&K Twin pickup installed. It is a passive pickup. I have tried multiple drum beats and I am not happy with what I am doing. I do have the IPAD program you mentioned to me. Forgot the name of it.
I used Seasionband the ukulele version but I mute the ukulele and just use the bass and cajon tracks. I’ve used it as a backing track generator for full performance sets. Lately though I’ve just been using simple drum loops to perform with because I have not had time to do all the programming it takes to get ready.
