The community choose the theme though there's three skins in the survey the two was like a galactic theme like they look the same with a slight difference in appearance colors and this one you can see the community chose it.

You need to take consideration for this hero will actually be played in game. Changing alots will cause the hero to be unrecognised to the opponents. As a pro player, we study not even the hero mechanics, but also the timing of the skill been casted and how its looks like. Changing it will cause alots of pro player getting confused

Legend of course have more pixels and better effects but it's concept is boring, it's just valir with redder flames(Upgraded Draconic Flame)? Collector on the other hand is different, it may not beat Legend Valir in terms of effects and pixels it wins with concept and uniqueness, japanese art purple flames which is a huge change from standard valir. People have MOBA Fever, meaning they don't value the effects but only it's worth just because it is Legend it is better. Try changing Collector and Legend valir.
