Good for you young man. You set your mind to something and you saved for it. Also glad your comment about not getting it for the speed. Very sensible. Enjoy!
Change the oil, air filter and spark plugs. Park on a clean flat hard surface to watch underneath for oil leaks. A flatened cardboard box will do. Hug your Grandma every day for the helmet. Have fun and be safe.
I'm looking at a 2010 model myself. What did you pay for your bike? I'm trying to get the best deal and bang for my bucks without overpaying at the same time.👍😎👌
Great bike bud hope you got an awesome deal on it. It's definitely worth the money especially if you're pulling entire trees with it that's beyond incredible.💪😎💪👍😁👌
I have one now myself for 3 months and I had the unfortunate accident of having my battery slip from my hands before I could detach the positive and negative battery terminals from it and made contact with the frame of the bike. It didn't blow any fuses but now I'm left with an electrical short somewhere I've yet to be able to find. If you are familiar with this sort of thing any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.👍😎👌
😁Update turns out I needed a whole new entire wire harness. After I got the bike stripped down I started from the rear and worked my way to the front one plug at a time and now it's as good as new.👍😎👌
It's top of my list! Great all around machine. Take great care of it bud. Full Synthetic 10w40 engine oil at 1st oil change ya do. Change air filter too dont forget! 👍Will last a decade or more. #MaximaOil
Thank you David! I just changed oil. 10w40 and oil filter. I love it! Lots of power. I have a winch and a trailer hoping to pull some logs and trailer some firewood out of the woods.

There are some old threads about crank problems with synthetic oil.i can't confirm there are problems, but I run non synthetic to be on the safe side.
Congrats.. im saving for mine

My 750 brute force 2008 runs on only one cylinder. What could the problem be?
