    There's 5 ending suggestions I have.
    A: Norimichi drowned
    B: Nazuna AND Norimichi drowned
C: They both left to be together forever
D: They both went into their dimension where they're together forever because he was holding a shattered dimension of them being together before he jumped into the water to kiss her.
Last but not least E: (Similar ending to Yosoga No Sora where it's never hinted, but they drowned, and ended up together in an afterlife, dimension, or whatever like Sora and Haru or whatever.
    B:

There's a random snapshot before any of this happens, when she's talking about her dad disappearing, of a male, still and face-down in the water, with the ball.
At the time we assume it's her father. But now we can assume it's Norimchi. But he fell in the water so many times, when did he die? And what exactly is the point?
Is the entire movie some DMT trip in his head? "How do we get away?" "We fly."
Or did she seriously swim away and not even notice he couldn't swim? "Wait for me until we meet again!"

Bro Narumichi definitely can swim they even race at the beginning. I Would say they trapped forever in their own dimension where they weren't able to find by others. Since the ball exploded they weren't able bring back to real world anymore. If the ball didn't explode accidentally, those memory shards that Nasuna saw will definitely their future.

@@GGAizen that makes sense! Which means the ending doesn't make sense again.

In the movie when the girl talks about her dad, it also shows her dad in the ocean with the magic ball, so maybe the ball could’ve been her fathers but then he drowned? Idk

@@ximenaiscoolio that's what i was thinking, but then i thought it was a red herring, but now I'm back to that.
