Is it better to do this on a sunny day or should I wait for a cloudy day? Will direct sun hurt or help me? I have a stamped colored concrete patio and I am going to give it a go, thanks.

For best results the concrete should not be hot from the sun. If the sealer dries to fast, it will bubble and not adhere between coats. I prefer to clean the sidewalks the evening prior. The next morning, I apply the sealer when the sidewalks are dry and cool. If you can time applying the sealer on a cloudy day, it's a bonus. Let me know how your project went and the results, thanks.
