For me, the transcendent of vigilance is consciousness. The more conscious, loving and light filled we are, the more neutral we feel around the shadow. We don't have to focus on the shadow that wants to follow or create conflict. The shadow just might be transformed by our focus on the light.

Thank you Andi you brought some clarity to a very confusing time. And yes it is two sides of one thing. One side being the end of something that there is no way to stop that for it's close to time for this person to cross over. But while it's a ending in that I'm glad I've been doing some major shadow work all year and even though I hadn't really started dealing with this aspect, I had dealt with enough other stuff that when I got the news I've been able to start the process and find forgiveness for things and hurts that can't be undone. Even though some things hurt still I have become stronger over the years and learned to be a survivor. But the flip side of this is something I wasn't expecting and it will be a point of starting over anew give me a chance at being better off than I have ever really been. It's hard to say goodbye to a father that never really bothered to know you, it's hard to say goodbye to a father you love but there were always road blocks, but at least I have been able to forgive and admit there were mistakes I made as well. It's a shock to know in our case I will even be remembered, but it's also peaceful to know deep down things weren't as bad as they sometimes looked to show. I have said my forgiveness and apologies, it's up to him to accept them. It's up to him if he changes things again it's been done quite a few times in the past. I hope not because it will help my family and I know that sounds cold and cruel, but I no longer hide what's inside. So there is two sides to this whole situation, both are hard because what it means most happen. But all the shadow work I have been doing it's been helping me in ways unexpected and even before I got his call 18 days ago. I had already started my own form of death and rebirth letting my inner self no longer hide but instead now just silently watch everything that's happening all around, maybe not seen really but no longer hiding which I'm glad I had already gotten to that point before the call, because other wise I don't know if I could have kept breaking this cycle. About a year ago I knew I needed to stop and rest but I kept on going and going and things got worse and worse until , last January, I had a spinal injury that took me out of everything- work, social etc. I had to stop and slow down and accept a new way of life. By that happening I got to spend lots of time with my dog Daisy before she passed, I got to rest and I got to learn new skills that I wouldn’t have otherwise. The universe will get you to stop in anyway it can if that is what is meant to happen. I hope you’re well and thank you for the reminder to be vigilant ❤

This makes perfect sense now! I had a very unexpected visitor yesterday who was called by a friend that I reached out to I'm sure. I think maybe Saturn has stretched 2020 until now. 😅 The trick for me is finding humor in everything. When everything seems impossible, tell a joke. I asked a prof how a story like that could be called a comedy? He said no one died, or got killed, or clawed their eyes out for what they had done. I asked how that made them laugh. In 2019 sold a biz that I created and operated for 25 years. First 12 years were glorious. Last 10 exceedingly challenging on all levels. Try using guided meditation to decode. I was having issues with feeling safe even though I was safe. PTSD here also. I discovered it was from trauma back when I was a child. I was able to confront how I was feeling and what happened. It was like a large weight was taken off. By recognizing it through guided meditation, I am able to heal that part of me. A good book to learn from if u have never used this technique is "Staying Well with Guided Imagery " by Belleruth Naparster.

For me, the transcendent of vigilance is consciousness. The more conscious, loving and light filled we are, the more neutral we feel around the shadow. We don't have to focus on the shadow that wants to follow or create conflict. The shadow just might be transformed by our focus on the light.

Thank you Andi you brought some clarity to a very confusing time. And yes it is two sides of one thing. One side being the end of something that there is no way to stop that for it's close to time for this person to cross over. But while it's a ending in that I'm glad I've been doing some major shadow work all year and even though I hadn't really started dealing with this aspect, I had dealt with enough other stuff that when I got the news I've been able to start the process and find forgiveness for things and hurts that can't be undone. Even though some things hurt still I have become stronger over the years and learned to be a survivor. But the flip side of this is something I wasn't expecting and it will be a point of starting over anew give me a chance at being better off than I have ever really been. It's hard to say goodbye to a father that never really bothered to know you, it's hard to say goodbye to a father you love but there were always road blocks, but at least I have been able to forgive and admit there were mistakes I made as well. It's a shock to know in our case I will even be remembered, but it's also peaceful to know deep down things weren't as bad as they sometimes looked to show. I have said my forgiveness and apologies, it's up to him to accept them. It's up to him if he changes things again it's been done quite a few times in the past. I hope not because it will help my family and I know that sounds cold and cruel, but I no longer hide what's inside. So there is two sides to this whole situation, both are hard because what it means most happen. But all the shadow work I have been doing it's been helping me in ways unexpected and even before I got his call 18 days ago. I had already started my own form of death and rebirth letting my inner self no longer hide but instead now just silently watch everything that's happening all around, maybe not seen really but no longer hiding which I'm glad I had already gotten to that point before the call, because other wise I don't know if I could have kept breaking this cycle. Hi Andie, I hope you’ve had a lovely season. You’re so right! About a year ago I knew I needed to stop and rest but I kept on going and going and things got worse and worse until , last January, I had a spinal injury that took me out of everything- work, social etc. I had to stop and slow down and accept a new way of life. By that happening I got to spend lots of time with my dog Daisy before she passed, I got to rest and I got to learn new skills that I wouldn’t have otherwise. The universe will get you to stop in anyway it can if that is what is meant to happen. I hope you’re well and thank you for the reminder to be vigilant ❤

It was cat hair. She does get orbs etc... that was not one of those. The thing at 29:30 seems it could have been spirit. I noticed a few before that, which others are unlikely to have noticed because they did not become that visible. I think it was one of those. My bad, I missed it before I spoke. LOL

This makes perfect sense now! I had a very unexpected visitor yesterday who was called by a friend that I reached out to I'm sure. I think maybe Saturn has stretched 2020 until now. 😅 The trick for me is finding humor in everything. When everything seems impossible, tell a joke. I asked a prof how a story like that could be called a comedy? He said no one died, or got killed, or clawed their eyes out for what they had done. I asked how that made them laugh. He said that it didn't, it just made them feel a little better. I thought, life was some serious shit back then. It would have been a big challenge for me to come up with some humor back then. Your wisdom really resonates with my current situation. I recently blew up at my whole family and told them off. Just so that I could relax and have peace of mind and clarity, instead of other people interjecting their unsolicited criticism and advice, running me over energetically, insensitive to my sensitivities and innate wisdom.

In 2019 sold a biz that I created and operated for 25 years. First 12 years were glorious. Last 10 exceedingly challenging on all levels. Being pushed to pivot but each time I’d try to sell more problems emerged that I had to shift position and stay put to keep things afloat. Finally, thrown to my bed with kidney stones and shingles, unable to do anything. No more resisting. I sold the biz and the most important element had to be balance. As a result others saw me as weak because I gave up so many “jewels”. Well much has transpired. I look back and so much becomes revealed on so many levels. Try using guided meditation to decode. I was having issues with feeling safe even though I was safe. PTSD here also. I discovered it was from trauma back when I was a child. I was able to confront how I was feeling and what happened. It was like a large weight was taken off. By recognizing it through guided meditation, I am able to heal that part of me. A good book to learn from if u have never used this technique is "Staying Well with Guided Imagery " by Belleruth Naparster.

I got up this morn 1st of the new year and felt drawn go do a read for mySelf regards the essentiality of what i need to focus on for the year.
