I've been thinking on how to describe this, but I struggle to find appropriate words. The theme has got a unique melody that raises tension, but also this mystical, ephemeral quality to it as if the climax has already passed and we're listening to but an afterthought. Maybe Kana, being a poltergeist, really is nothing but an afterthought. That's a bit depressing to think about.
