How to use Anchored VWAP & "Auto" Anchored VWAP?

VWAP can be a very useful tool for traders. A logical way to figure out levels wherein volumes had importance. TradingView offers many ways this VWAP tool can be plotted and an Automatic way of plotting this toll which makes life a bit easier. In this video, I have attempted to explain both Anchored VWAP and Auto Anchored VWAP and how they can help you to figure out immediate levels of support and resistance.

what length setting would you recommend for scalping on auto anchored vwap on say 3 or 5 minute timeframe? is 21 lookback ideal for that too?
