For instance, those arpeggios switch melodic contour every time, and still somehow David Wise manages to keep everything under the "lush arpeggios" umbrella, like different little waves of notes, and I think it's absolutely done with that intention, or the fact that actually this song is quite long, going through very different moments and not missing a beat keeping you on a journey, with seamless transitions, and of course, all the effects that could go into a snes chip. Haven’t heard this in over 20 years but you took me right back to the old SNES days. Also, love the close ups around 1:30, so cool to watch your hands and the precision. Pretty sure if I ever attempted such a thing it’d probably resemble what it would sound like if Donkey Kong himself were playing, or throwing barrels at a harp 😜
Thank you so much for the kind words!!! 🥺❤️ and LMFAOOO no you could TOTALLY crush this song the same way he crushes those barrels 😂❤️
Haven't heard this in too long. Absolutely gorgeous soundtrack and beautifully played.

This should have way more likes and views. You nailed it, per usual!
Great job, Emily and I love the JHS Collabs. Your creativity in phrasing and also pedal routing is impressive!
Thanks so much, Grant!
Not sure how long it’s been since I clicked a video so fast. Liking and commenting before it even starts!

Hahah thank you so much 🥺❤️❤️❤️
This is emotional in so many levels! Perfect pedal combo, I love how it makes echo arpeggios in the background. Much love from Mexico Emily, you are great.
One the most calming and best covers of this track

It's not often that I watch an entire youtube video these days without pausing it or skipping through. I tried but had to play the whole thing out. Unbelievably beautiful. Very nice work.
