Actually it's Appreciating the Atmosphere, Beach Chill Out is the main menu theme and is slightly different (also the name "Stratospheric" is clearly related to "Appreciating the Atmosphere").
I dont recall hearing this in the game but then again they were the same devs that made snoot game Just appreciating the atmosphere if you dont mind :)
