It looks as if your video is working at 720p. I don't use Power Director. Does it have a way to choose that setting? And, did the updates possibly change your sound settings? Sometimes clips from my phone do the same thing as yours on my software, downloading it from my phone to the software again fixed it. Good luck!
That's frustrating. I use the same program but I haven't had any issues like that. Did you hear back from support yet? Maybe do a complete uninstall and do a clean clean up on your hard drive then reinstall? Good luck Yogi!
@MaverickHayes Yeah, I've been going back and forth with Cyberlink. Still an issue. Uninstalled and ran Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware, and cleaned up laptop. Next step is to call support, I've been e-mailing them up to this point.
