    -Do this to stop wasting your time-
    To apply corrective measures in zen Yoga, we first must ask what's the problem in our mind, no need to be in a hurry to fix our mind. Patience & self love is needed.
    Whatever activity/thoughts going in your mind first you have to review it before applying any corrective method.
    As yourself, is it a right thought/emotion/activity or not? Do I really need it?
    Many thoughts of ours just need to be dropped, not to go through with them.
    If we don't become conscious of our thoughts then they will end up becoming an activity/action that we may not like.
    So always ask questions from your own self & then listen. Just observe.
    Ask these imp questions -
    Can somebody live his whole life with a purpose?
    Yes or no, depends on how serious & commited that person is.
    If you are not aware(jagran) that means you are in a nidra/ignorance thus repeating the same mistakes again & again, hence creating suffering.
    -Through will power & excitement or curiosity you can't increase your awareness. It's not like that.
    HONESTY is very much required here. If you have a tendency to be dishonest with yourself then you need to be aware & alert.
    To make it happen, be slow & write it down. Make it visible, make it solid so you can work upon it.
    We have been given ultimate freedom: we are self evolving beings, free will.
    Solution is easy but it requires us to be aware 24/7. It's like you are in some hospital to get healthy, your health/evolution should be your main concern. Be a Sadhu/Yogi 24/7. This is the very purpose of life & death.
    Suffering is the door to freedom. And daily you should keep that in your mind that you need to be free at any cost come what may.
    Ask questions of your own self if you want to evolve.
    Ask, am I evolving on a daily basis or not?
    Am I working consciously on this process of evolution or not? Or am i indifferent (laparwah)
    There are two types of people-
    1st: gathers cumulative knowledge. It can make your ego big, but doesn't free you.
    2nd: going for evolution/ascension.
    2:4:8:2(IESM)- Mind Ratio
    Should become
    5:2:2:1 (enlightened)

    Sir, I am feeling heaviness in my head for last four months and also little headache but no abnormality is coming. Doctors are telling that it's due anxiety. For early 2 months I also felt like I will fall down. Sir, I am listening to your vedios for last 2 years and I just don't understand how this kind of anxiety affect me and produce physical symptoms. And yes these symptoms started during my final year exam of MBBS.
