    Philippine english is so neutral.
We don't copy the accent because we are not a real englishmen. American English is suitable to all filipinos because we have a dialect or language spoken in every province or regional through an archipelago. The Philippine English doesn't need an accent from both British and American.

About the fresh grate, most of them aren’t grateful for those starter salary and complain, bcoz why? First they want an Iphone 12 pro that cost around 4-5k Ringgit Malaysia... we as the normal citizens with a salary 1.5k-2k were so grateful that we got a job and we can survive with that amount of money, we can loan houses that’s under RM150k for 30 years of bank loans and car for 9 years loans and we felt grateful for it... not like “most” fresh grads that reject their salary offer bcoz the salary was under 3k and then they “don’t have a job” literally most of them are like that
