I am a 71 year old senior who considers himself lucky to have been a Stones fan all my musical life.
THE STONES ABOVE AND BEYOND ! !
THIS SONG MORE THAN AWESOME ! !
1 word lengthen
60 years old here. Saw the Stones in '81 with a couple of friends. Saw them in '89 with my wife and oldest son. Saw them in '94 with my wife and three sons. Saw them in '97 with my wife, one of my sons and his wife. Good times.
New
Me too, love them,!
Best Rock & Roll Band on the planet 👍🏻👍🏻
The Stones make feel good music. They have been bringing happiness to the hearts of us all. Thank you , guys !!!
This performance right here is the reason why the Rolling Stones are the greatest rock and roll band in history. They could have kept this groove going for 10 more minutes easily.
RIP Charlie Watts...and RIP Brown Sugar. My favourite Stones song will not be played live again.
because they're cowards
RIP Charlie Watts
I f'ing love it when grandpa sings❤
HAIL THE ROLLING STONES.
Gotta be one of the best live versions of the first song on the greatest ever Stones album...😊oh yeah
best show i've ever had the privilege of getting tickets to. i will never top it. and i'm at peace with that. i vividly remember getting home and sitting on the couch with tears in my eyes. as a rock n' roll fan, it was the kind of night where you didn't give a shit if the Lord took you the next day. one of the best nights of my life.
I guess you are right, my friend
That was the first and only time they did
the whole Sticky Fingers album
You have seen music history
Do not forget to tell your children and grandchildren
Greetings from Austria, my friend
Maybe we will meet at one of the next Stones shows
@@robertwiesler381 best recent performance and the last time they were amazing brother . there decent for there age now but this has conviction through and through
@@danielosullivan2256 I respectfully disagree
They are still the best band on this planet
and they are still getting better
My last show (so far) was Stuttgart 2018
It was the best show of all time,
even better than Hyde Park 2013
@@robertwiesler381 stutgarrt was the best of 2018 I thought you were lucky I went to Manchester and alltrhough its the best they have sounded it was keiths worst playing I religiously went to see the stones every tour ill go check them out on the next tour but I thought there versions of start me up brown sugar symapathy were lacklustre and my mate was a bit disappointed to normally . il return for there new album tour hope they pace the setlist with an extra oldie too
Jealous 💯❤️🤘
This is way too much energy to be contained in a little theater. The Stones are still the greatest rock n roll band on this planet.
Maybe he has a place in his heart for this venue and I would pay double for this setting compared to a stadium
RIP Charlie
Rest in peace Charlie
Yeah ! Yeah ! When is the music going to end ?😀😀😀🤣🤣🤣 Brilliant Rolling Stones Gathering More Moss of Fans! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
JAGGERS' 74 AND STILL STRUTTING HIS STUFF LIKE HE WAS A TEENAGER !! LOVE YA MICK AND THE STONES !!
70/71 exactly at this time...2020/76 ...!!!!
Url
Amazing!!!! What a band !!!! Like wine
Do you now understand why they're the greatest rock 'n' roll band in the world?
I always did!
@@MrKastaway66 Me too!
I've known it since the mid 60s! LOL
No doubt about it, other bands play but the Stones kick asses!
Brown sugar forever💪
Fair play to Mick.
I tried this at karaoke last month and I needed a break halfway through.
I love that they have black backup singers on this song! Maybe it’s an example that not everyone was so fragile and sensitive a few years ago!
I know. I’m at least glad that Mick Jagger did tweak some of the lyrics.
@@joannparker1977 Black girls should though.
And baby, THAT is Rock N' Roll...never EVER be another group to touch 'em...
😂 the groove is so good and hypnotic that Mick has to shake them up to end it.
SUPERB BAND ! I'VE SEEN 25/30 YEAR OLDS THAT CAN'T JUMP ABOUT LIKE THESE LEGENDS, R.I.P. CHARLIE & GOD BLESS HIS FAMILY & FRIENDS.
The coolest Rock N Roll band in history 💙
Walked a mile to a train station in Bad Toelz Germany and rode a train an hour to Munich in Sept. 1973 (2nd show of the day) to watch these guys play in the Olympiahalle! I was the only American in my immediate vicinity but I made so many new friends! They shared their "baked goods" pipes and a plethora of wine and beer. I don't remember the trip back to my billets at Flint Kaserne but I know I had the time of my life!!
It must have been awesome to be a soldier in Germany in that era!
I've been to the Fonda and can only imagine what this was like live. The Stones in small arenas is how they're supposed to be heard.
Better than the going through the motions no filter closer in Florida. This is how a theater should be done.
Watching Keith’s old hands strum that guitar is amazing
I bought the first Stones album in 1964 which i still have, but it took me 54 years to see them in London last year, what a band.
What vitamins does mick take? Omg he never stops!!! Unreal
😂 he runs on energizer batteries
A large dose of Vitamin C, as much as his nostrils can take.
Keith is always my #1 but Charlie is killing it too! And Mick...bringing back those bangs! I was born too late to have had the chance to attend a gig in the early Stones years but this is great.
For the first time in years, they actually sound and play like The Rolling Stones....
monstermax22 I agree.
Yeah maybe it's the arena size. But this is as good as 72.
Habe 72 Jahre auf dem Buckel.....Das sind lebende Legenden.
Musical life begins when one accepts the Stones.
Ronnie instinctively blends in with Keef's style better the Brian and Mick Taylor ever could.
Give me that old time British rock and roll.
Sorry but no
Better than Mick Taylor? No chance...
Not to take anything away from Ronnie, he’s a competent journeyman and definitely a bonafide member, but not even close to what Mick Taylor laid down with Keith during his time with the Stones. And Brian?, his contributions were undeniable. RIP Brian. Ronnie’s most significant contribution may be that without him, The Stones might have disbanded in the 80’s. I’m a fan and have some of Ron’s solo vinyl and I saw Ronnie with the Faces on their last tour before he left to join the Stones. Keith was the surprise guest guitarist that night for their show at COBO Hall Detroit. Thank you Ronnie for all that you’ve done
@@bondpit8750 Taylor an overplaying busybody.
This song is perfection.
I haven't heard them do this song this well since the '70s. A true time machine back to 1971.
Have a listen to the Bridges to Buenos Aires version, back in '98. The added horn section and energy overall is AMAZING.
Agree. They were on fire here.
Didn’t feel like 7 minutes, did it? Fuckin hell, I could listen to this all night 😎
That Butterscotch Telecaster 👌
Classic 🏆🔥🔥....(Black Man 😎)❤️
God Bless Charlie!! Will never be the same again without him!!
Give me that old time British rock and roll.
The coolest in the world
Sometimes all you need to say is, “Yeah, yeah, yeah, whoo!”
Fifty-five years and still going strong!! Amazing! Love the Stones!! ❤ Brown Sugar played at Brixton is an awesome performance too!
Incredible. Greatest band of all time.
Still the greatest rock'n roll band and the greatest frontman to boot with to step on planet Earth ❤️
......... & THE GREATEST RNR SONG EVER WRITTEN !!
Siddhant Das No.The greatest front man would be Plant/Scott
Mark Shatner NO Best front man of all time is ROBERT ANTHONY PLANT hands down!!!***Greatest front back and middle ✊✊✊
Then you must not know many rock bands
Love mick and stones but imo axl cant be beat.
Steven mick rod Robert are incredible also. Love them all. That's talent. I'm just in love with axl. Please dont hate me. Lol
Ronnie instinctively blends in with Keef's style better the Brian and Mick Taylor ever could.
What vitamins does mick take? Omg he never stops!!! Unreal
THE BEST 🎼🎼
The Stones!!! The best of all time!!! Saw then coupe years ago in NJ. Still!! Put on the greatest show on earth!!!! I'm hoping to see them again in Tampa after this crazy pandemic bullshit is over!! God bless the Stones!!!!!
Superb performance! One of the best I've seen them playing this timeless classic.
Absolutely amazing!
The Greatest Rock N Roll Band In The World playing The Greatest Rock N Roll Song In The World.
Damn!!!! That’s Rock and Roll!!!!
R.I.P. Charlie Watts... man that hurt today
Don't you just LOVE the Rolling Bones!
You don't bury people while they are still alive. They are still the top of the food chain.
WOW....knocked it right out of the park!
AS ALWAYS !!
Absolutely Keith didnt wanna stop
Great saxo. Great song!
Absolutely stunning ! The bigger and better rock and roll band of the world !
The boys are doin alright! ❤
l un des meilleurs titre interdit maintenant bravo les politiques !!!
It will be played again
Amazing! Hard to believe he's in his 70s
What a freaking band!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shit!! Lived in L.A. the past 50 years, and I STILL managed to miss $20 tickets to this show (didn't have internet then), but now (thanks to the wonders of archival DVDs), I'm gonna SEE IT ALL once my copy (which I ordered today, of course) arrives! Can't wait! The band looks better than ever and sounds just as wonderful! Oh, it is SO on and poppin', people! Stones RUUUUUUUUULE!!!!! And the drummer is DYNAMITE!!! 💋💋💋💋💋💋💋
Hope you had fun watching it! There's plenty of really cool Stones live DVDs to buy. I like the Marquee one and the one from 75.
Ok 👌 Soul music is my favorite along with the Stones.
ROCK´N´ROLLING STONES POWER FOREVER !!! PORRA !!!
These cats are in their 70's and are still kicking ass in concert!
late 70ss😅
Stones always playing 'in the moment' is partly why they are so good all these years !
Mostly like bluesmen and other black musician.
If you have had the privilege of seeing This band in person, you have enjoyed singing, dancing and clapping to "Brown Sugar".... another of Keith "The Riffmaster" Richards' best songs ever. For those who might see them live in 2021...sorry, check older shows on TH-cam.
The best band in the world 🔥
I'm 72 years old and went to a Stones concert in 2002 at Foxboro Stadium in MA. First song....Brown Sugar... Had a buddy on the ship I was on in the Navy in 1971 that went to the concert in RI when the Stones were locked up in a jal in Boston. Yep...been with em since the beginning in 1964.
I do that "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Whoo!" in my car with both hands. You have to do that when the feeling strikes you.
My daughter calls them "senior citizens".......but what the heck I love them !!!!!
Great song.
The very best!....they live their music!!,,,,in their 70s they can still rock a room like no one else!!
Props to the mix engineer on this!
Saw them last year, Man they are a force of nature, they were firing out hit after hit, when they are in their stride they are untouchable. I felt they could go on hours more!.
Rock and always Stones are the best!!!!!
Wonderful Concert super Show Thank you so much For SHARING MICK best Frontmann forever and ever ❤️❤️🔥❤️💜❤️❤️❤️💯❤️
THE GREATEST
It is always a fun time at a Rolling Stones performance.
This is fantastic. Not that I expected anything less though. The Stones are numero uno.
Wow - this is music history
The best band on this planet
One of the best songs ever written
It is very sad that Bobby is gone
But Karl does a great job
That was the first and only time they did
the whole Sticky Fingers album
It must have been the best show of all time
I hope they come back to Europe soon
I will be there for sure
You must see them live if you can
It will change your life
Robert Wiesler. Yeah, sad when Bobby's time was up , but his spirit is still around in the Stones music & vibe ! Stones have always had great brass players like Jim Price & Ernie Watts & Karl Denson is brilliant ... even Sonny Rollins for God's sake ! ( Waiting on A Friend )
( apparently at some time in the earlier 70's Jagger got worried that Bobby was ' leading Keith astray ' ! ooh er... !!! hahaha )
Holy smoke this is insane. I expect Mick's vocals to be a little substandard live, (even he said that if he had to sacrifice vocals for dancing,so be it!)but this is amazing. Love the "yeah, yeah, yeah, wooh!"
At 1:39, Keith looks across at Karl Denson, 'cos in his head, he's hearing Bobby Keys....
I thought the same thing when I was watching
BornLate56 Missing Bobby Keys 😭
He may be hearing him in his head, but that dudes no Bobby Keys
He is no Bobby
Totally. I thought the exact samething.
Love Rolling Stones and this beautiful song! ❤🔥
Alisson Cristovao Da Cruz com certeza! Imbatíveis no tempo, 55 anos tocando é chão pra caramba!
I'm 67 Stones have been in my life I love all music (Soul)
It's only rock n' roll.....but I like it.
Superb !
I also am a 71 year old man that's always love to Stone
Sounding and looking great this band are ageless seeing them live is truly unforgettable 👏
Ronnie Wood's so cool. He even acknowledges cheerfully a fan while playing his guitar :)
Full Circle. Thank you TRS
Wie immer , Bombe
Oh boy that was just brilliant 👏 it does my heart ❤ good to listen to that, I am lucky enough to have seen them live and to participate in the woooh, as is said here one of their best dropped out of the line up. Charlie was in his element, GOD bless you cha
Im listening to the stones since i was five im over 60 and still rocking with them yeah yeah yeah keep rollin keith mick charly and ron
Brown Sugar is all we take in our coffee and tea!
Dandelion- We Love You. 1967 😏😏😏
Unbelievable that people think this song is discrimination. 50 years ago nobody talks about racism of these lyrics. For me still no.1.
It is about heroine their drug of choice. It has nothing to do with black people. Zero!
It’s about heroin you dumbass
LETS GOOOOOO
Mick Jagger & Keith Richards never, ever gets old... and neither does the Stones great music. Only bolder and better.
The Rolling Stones are the best ever they are so great I remember seeing them in 1981 tour when to the Pontiac silverdome in Detroit I can say that was the most amazing show I have seen
Viva Rolling Stones
