Travis’s technique of pretending not to understand and asking them to explain further is something I’ve been legit taught to do to respond to sexual harassment at work. The idea is that it forces them to confront how gross they seem and how uncomfortable they’re making you by explaining the “joke”. Not sure if it works, but interesting to note 🤷♀️
My favorite thing about this bit is when you can hear the stages of Griffin’s panic as he introduces the doctor - “Hey, it’s me, Doctor [oh fuck I gotta think of a name] Anthony [oh no I can only think of one person whose first name is Anthony, do I say it??
